Through the contact form or similar channels we may process your name, email address, phone number, message/subject content and any other information you choose to provide.

Limited technical server logs (such as IP address, access time and browser information) may be processed for security, troubleshooting and service continuity.

Corals Spare Parts does not place non-essential (advertising / analytics) cookies on the Site. When the embedded Google Maps iframe on the contact page loads, Google may process technical data via its own servers and may use cookies or similar technologies under Google’s privacy policy. You can also view the address via the text and map link without interacting with the embed.

Your personal data is processed to receive and respond to enquiries, provide information about products and supply, manage customer relationships, comply with legal obligations and maintain information security.

Processing is based on Article 5 of the KVKK, including where processing is necessary for the establishment or performance of a contract, for compliance with a legal obligation, for our legitimate interests without harming your fundamental rights and freedoms, and, where required, based on your explicit consent.

Your data may be transferred within Türkiye, limited to the purposes above, to service providers (for example hosting, email delivery or technical support) and to competent public authorities where legally required. Transfers are carried out with appropriate confidentiality and security measures under the KVKK.

Corals Spare Parts does not transfer your personal data abroad.

Personal data is retained for as long as necessary for the processing purpose and in line with statutory limitation and retention periods. Thereafter data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may request to learn whether your data is processed, request information, learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, know third parties to whom data is transferred, request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, request deletion or destruction under the conditions set out in the KVKK, request notification of such operations to third parties, object to results arising against you solely through automated systems, and claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to prevent unlawful processing and access and to safeguard your data. Absolute security of internet transmissions cannot be guaranteed; measures consistent with industry practice are applied.
